Community Details & Events
Our community was built by three local builders; Almark Homes, Contempra Homes, and Woodhaven Homes. They each have their own beautiful and unique qualities yet ensure a cohesive style to the neighborhood. The homes were built in 2005 to 2006 and range from ~2481 to 3275 square feet.
We share a lovely Park which includes a Tot Lot for children and a Basketball Court. On sunny days it is a fantastic place to enjoy the playground equipment, play ball, or take your dog for a walk.
We are within walking distance of Skyview Jr High and the amenities it provides; tennis courts, track and baseball field.
