Overview of Board of Directors Role & Objectives:

The Board of Directors helps in the establishment of policies and maintenance of the community operations.  Our focus is to support our homeowners in the enhancement of our neighborhood. The Association is dependent upon homeowner’s involvement in the Annual HOA Meeting, either in person or by proxy.  Any recommended enhancements or improvements to our community that cost money and/or policy change requires 20% of our Homeowners participation for approval.  A prosperous community requires hard work and dedicated homeowners. We appreciate your involvement.

Community Feedback:

We have made it a priority to listen to your requests and incorporate your feedback.  We are continuously updating the CC&R Violations Letter to ensure clarity and understanding of expectations.  As requested in the Annual Meeting, we are posting the Annual Meeting Minutes and Newsletters.
